I loved my recent stay at Danhostel in Aarhus. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a delicious variety of high-quality foods. The chef's attention to detail and care truly made a lasting impression. Despite some noise from the surroundings, the location of the hostel in the city centre was perfect for exploring. The international atmosphere gave the place a lively vibe. I also appreciated the privacy provided by the thick curtains around my bed. It made for a peaceful and restful sleep. I highly recommend this hostel for its great location, excellent breakfast, and comfortable stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. the communal areas were clean and comfortable, with a nice bar/cafe area on the top floor. the location was fantastic, with great restaurants near the river and shops in the other direction. We were able to walk to the art museum easily without needing to rely on public transportation.
The showers had a pump-action system that was inconvenient and the timer only allowed for a short amount of time before it turned off. It would have been nice to have some shelving in the shower area.

The lack of cleanliness in the common kitchen area. Some guests did not clean up after themselves, leaving food and mess everywhere.

Good breakfast with delicious homemade buns! Friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their face.
Difficult to find the hostel, better signage is needed. Showers could have been cleaner and there should be holders for hygiene products.
